LEAD Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization focused on developing community trustees who are Servant Leaders committed to the community. Steve Scott is the Founder of LEAD Foundation, Inc. and LEAD a Community LEADership Program.  Steve has participated in three local chamber leadership programs in Southwest Florida since arriving in the community in 1984. 

From 2006 to 2008 Steve served as Chairman of the Community Leadership Association and he has over 15 years of service with this International Association. Just as he has over the last 25 years in the community, Steve will continue his passion and work as a Servant Leader and a Community Trustee with the LEAD Foundation, Inc. and LEAD a Community LEADership Program.
